Refund and Returns Policy

KAV America AG, Inc. strives for complete customer satisfaction and stands behind the quality of our products. Therefore, KAV America AG, Inc. offers a 100% Money Back Guarantee within fifteen (15) days of receipt of your order (delivery date based on the carrier’s tracking details).

KAV America AG, Inc. allows for product-for-product exchanges or returns for store credit in the form of store credit within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order (delivery date based on the carrier’s tracking details). Returned items must be received in original, saleable condition. No returns or exchanges will be accepted beyond the 30-day window.

KAV America AG, Inc. allows for product-for-product customer exchanges for the following reasons only:

  • A customer receives expired product
  • A product arrived damaged to the recipient
  • Overships
  • The wrong product was shipped
  • A product of sub-standard quality was received

Please note that KAV America AG, Inc. does not accept returns for product that has:

  • Been received outside of the thirty (30) day window indicated above
  • Exceeded an expiration date (unless a customer receives expired product from KAV America AG, Inc.)
  • Damage not caused by KAV America AG, Inc.
  • Been opened or is unsealed

In order to request a return, the following procedure must be followed:

  1. Email support@kavamerica.com
  2. Describe what is being returned and the reason for the return
  3. Await reply from KAV America AG, Inc, which will include an RMA#
  4. Once return has been approved, please send product to:

    • If KAV is covering the cost of return shipping, the customer may opt to use a return label provided KAV.
  5. Please be sure to include the RMA# provided on the outside of the package. This will greatly expedite the processing of your return.
  6. Once a shipment is returned and has been accepted by KAV America AG, Inc, KAV will contact the customer; the customer will have a choice of either a product replacement or store credit.
